Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use hyperfocus.studio or work with Hyperfocus Studio Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901). By using our website or services, you agree to them.

We provide business strategy, solution engineering and AI solution development. A free Idea Drop is a set of recommendations, not a promise to deliver. Paid work is set out in a separate project agreement.

When you send us a problem, in writing or as a voice note, we use it only to understand and respond to it. We keep submissions for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Please don’t send passwords, health records or other people’s personal information.

You keep ownership of everything you share with us, and the ideas in your Idea Drop are yours to use. For paid projects, ownership of the code and deliverables passes to you once the related invoices are paid in full.

We treat everything you share as confidential and only share it with team members working on your problem. We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you tell us more.

We use AI tools to help research, design and build solutions. Everything we deliver is reviewed by a person, but AI-assisted output can contain errors, so please review recommendations before relying on them.

Idea Drops are free. Paid work is quoted up front in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Unless your project agreement says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can access or correct it.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date and email active clients about any significant change.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
